Core Training has become common practice among elite athletes over the past several years as it has helped dramatically improve performance. While often associated with the hips, lower back and abdominals; the philosophy of Core Training is applicable to the rest of the body.
The Xtensor is designed to condition and strengthen the stabilizing muscles in the wrists and elbows called the finger extensors. It is the first product that can counteract the repetitive effects of the forceful gripping actions required during all sports and fitness activities. Increasing core stability in the wrists and elbows where sports related injuries are common and as with other areas of the body core training can reduce the risk of injury as well as enhance performance.
